Shipping policy

Orders that qualify for Free shipping will be sent ground shipping either UPS or USPS. If you would like expedited shipping please contact us. We can often ship out orders same day if order is received before 3pm. Busier seasons we try to get all in stock orders shipped within 2 business days of time the order was placed. We do not ship packages out on Saturdays,Sunday or Monday. Orders placed on Friday after 3 of in stock items will be generally be shipped the following Tuesday. 

We utilize USPS and UPS. Shipping time estimates do not include processing time and begin once item is shipped. We do not guarantee delivery dates. We are not responsible for USPS and UPS delays.

For custom or pre order items please note these items estimated time lines in description of item and when they will be available. These are estimated timelines and no fulfillment dates are guaranteed. Once item Is available and shipped customer will receive an email with tracking information. 

We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. If a package is stolen, lost or damaged a claim can be filed directly with the shipping carrier.
